There is no post office here. Muir Ranch will hold your packages for you (for $75 for up to 25 lbs). They are open daily during a limited season. Call them at (209) 966-3195 for special packaging instructions (they are very particular). Mail to the address above.

Supplies are limited, and it is possible they could be sold out of fuel when you get here. Plan accordingly!
Many hikers skip this resupply point because of it's cost.
A quick warning: Some hikers plan on resupplying out of Muir Ranch's Hiker boxes, without sending a package there (to avoid the $75 fee). But Muir Ranch's policy will only allow access to the hiker boxes to hikers that are having a resupply package held there! They may be more lax on this late in the season (when soouthbounders get there), but don't count on it.
Food is one of the most important considerations when hitting the trail. With our food database you have plenty of options to choose from.
